Refunds
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for non-attendance due to YOUR illness or any other circumstance.
In the event that a session is cancelled by The Wildwood Club due to illness of the Forest School Leader a refund of the cost of that session will be made.
In the event that a session is cancelled for safety reasons (e.g. high winds/lightening) we do NOT offer a refund for the first cancellation in a half term block of sessions. If more than one session in any half term block is cancelled refunds of the cost of those sessions will be made. This is a recent change to our policy due to the increased frequency of stormy weather, we do not want to make a decision based on financial rather than safety reasons.

Cancellation procedure
The Wildwood Club endeavours to run sessions whenever possible. In the event that a session needs to be cancelled due to safety concerns or leader illness you will be notified via the email address given at the time of booking. Notification will be given with as much prior warning as possible however The Wildwood Club reserves the right to cancel sessions on the day if necessary.

Additionally, we can not allow you to take part if you appear to be unfit to provide for the safety of your child and/or if your attendance is considered by the Wildwood Club to present a risk to other participants.
